Qanot / Apply

One evening of writing. Ten days to an answer.

No deck. No warm introduction. No NDA. Four partners score what you write below against the published weights, independently, before they discuss it — and you get the four scores back whether we invest or not.

SEC.00 // What to expect

The whole process, before you start typing.

Time to complete
About 45 minutes if you know your numbers. Do not spend a week on it — we are scoring evidence, not prose.
Acknowledgement
Within 72 hours, from a person.
Decision
Ten business days from a complete submission.
If we decline
You receive all four scores, the dimension that held you back, and what would change it. Reapply any time.
Confidentiality
We do not sign NDAs at this stage. Do not send anything you need protected — describe the shape of the idea, not the secret.
Pre-prototype
Apply anyway and say so. A waiting list and a letter of intent satisfy Evidence of demand as well as revenue does.

Section A — Team

Names and one concrete thing each. Titles tell us nothing.

Section B — Evidence of demand · 30%
30%

Revenue, retention, a waiting list, signed letters of intent, unprompted inbound. Give the number and the period it covers. If there is none, write "none yet" — it is scored honestly and it is not disqualifying.

0 / 140
Section C — Slope · 25%
25%

This is the highest-signal question on the form. We are looking for acceleration — not how hard you worked, but whether the rate is increasing. Be specific and dated.

0 / 160
Section D — Market & insight · 30%
15%

Bottom-up, not a market-size slide. "Freight brokers in Uzbekistan running 10+ trucks — about 1,400 of them — currently on WhatsApp and paper."

15%

One non-obvious claim, and the evidence behind it. This is where the strongest applications separate themselves, and where generic answers are most visible.

Section E — Capital · 10%

Two or three concrete milestones with numbers attached.
